In the Validation and Implementation stage, we ensure we are developing a strategy that has real power by conducting appropriate market research among your customers. Once validated, we help you launch the brand internally, enroll your personnel, and put a system in place to ensure a consistent and effective delivery of the brand, from managers to employees.

During Brand Stewardship, we help you monitor and sustain your brand position, looking for opportunities to reinforce the strategy and keep it on track. We identify an approach to maintain consistent visual and verbal brand standards, and we work with you to develop a set of goals to measure brand performance and track employee engagement over time.
